Reserve Fund.

I understand that a number of colonies,

including Kenya, Gold Coast, Bermuda, and Fiji, maintain

reserve funds for unspecified purposes.

I am considering the establishment of a

reserve fund for Hong Kong and I should be grateful for

copies of ordinances or resolutions of the colonies

which have already set up such a fund.
